Book: Ready Player One - Ernest Cline

You don't have to be a gaming geek to like this book, I assure you. I really liked the portrayal of the "future" that is the setting of this book. It's been a long time since I'd read a book so addictive and beautifully written!

 The score, in my opinion: 10/10.

Film: The Wolf of Wall Street

Really liked the film, because it was downright impressive and unforgettable. 

However, I'd give it an 8.5/10, because it isn't the kind of film that makes you want to sit and discuss or that makes you want to think about life, if you know what I mean.

TV series: Reign and Don't trust the b* in apartment 23...

It's such a pity they cancelled this show! I have a huge crush on Krysten Ritter right now.

I'm alive!

Proof that I'm well and alive

I have to apologize for the hiatus I took on this blog. 

I just wasn't motivated and I didn't do half of the things I wanted to. I've been in a very bad place (psychologically and emotionally speaking) for more than 6 months, but right now I'm starting to feel better, and wanting to try so many new things!

Since the last time I posted (April 11th!) I've started getting into skincare, although I won't be spending lots of money on the products I purchase. I don't know if you know this about me, but I'm a full-time student at uni, and I don't have the budget to buy high end products (except once every blue moon, and it tends to be make up!) I love my nail polishes, lipsticks, and... anything really. 

The idea is posting once a week, as a start, and increase the number of posts gradually. Because blogging is not my job, but my hobby, I will ALWAYS give you my honest opinion. And also, swatches! Good quality swatches, hopefully. 

I'd also love to know that I can talk here about other things that aren't makeup/skincare related. I want this to feel more like my blog, which didn't feel like before. 

I hope you guys help me out, and comment when you like or dislike (constructive criticism, please!) what I'm posting.

Hello ladies!
As you might've noticed if you've read my MAC Series: Ruby Woo post, I have tried to use my SLR camera to take pictures of swatches, etc. And you can really see a big jump in the quality of my pictures, so I might as well edit some of my past blog entries, especially my mascara review, because I think those pictures really lacked quality!
This way, you will be able to appreciate the effects of different mascaras (and other products in the future) easier than before (I mean, they were taken with my iphone, so I understand if you couldn't even see the difference!)
